The session was fully into question and answer format from the beginning where the participants asked him with queries pertaining to the expectations of a fresher from the industry vis-à-vis the outcome, roles and responsibilities in his organizations etc. Mr. Ghoshal emphasized on the culture of ITC as an organization, focused on performance driven achievement related to rapid growth of an individual within the organization.

He explained at length about talent management where he emphasized that its about management of people giving them right directions, and ensuring that they achieve work satisfaction which in turn will lead to the growth of the organization. As a tip for interview preparation, he said that everyone should be clear on his /her goals and while giving answers, an individual should be crisp and clear.
