BIBS organized Management Guest Inspire Series on 17th December 2011
 It has been a constant endeavor from our alma mater, BIBS to give us opportunities of interaction with several renowned professionals from the corporate world. In accordance to that Management Guest Inspire Series, the signature corporate event of our Institute embraced it’s another chapter on 17th December 2011. The event was organized in association with The Times Of India at Birla Academy of Art & Culture. The notable guest speakers were Mr. Vinay Mishra, Country Head – HR, Lexmark; Mr. Kaushik Kundu, General Manager – HR, Ambuja Cements; Mr. Kaushik Sinha, Vice President – Corp Comm & Admin, Magma Fincorp and Mr. Kaushik Ghoshal, Manager – Talent Management, ITC Infotech. The session was moderated by Prof. Deepak Bhattacharyya, Academic Head, BIBS. The enlightening discussion made the students aware of various facets in the industry. The speakers emphasized that developing a skill set or knowledge was a must to survive in today’s competitive scenario. Opportunities exist but one needs to grab the opportunities before others and for that one needs to be prepared and competent, they pointed out. It is a must to join a well structured organization as else ones career plans might go haywire. At the end there was the Q&A round which students were eagerly waiting for. It was an inspiring session where ideas and experiences were shared with the students of BIBS who are looking forward to the next session of the Management Guest Inspiring Series. Tanmoy Banerjee |
