It was really good to see Ranjan Sir back in the campus. He has been regularly mentoring and guiding us to get prepared for the corporate world. Mr. Ranjan Banerjee, Vice President – HR, Vodafone, addressed our HR students sharing his experiences on various issues related to strategic human resources. He has vast experience in telecom sector.

He spoke about various roles and responsibilities of HR i.e., performance management systems, staffing, compensation and benefits, employee engagement programs. He emphasized on the basic HR learning linking them with the practical scenario. He introduced concepts like fungibility which enticed the young HR minds.
