“It was really good to see Mr. Ranjan Banerjee, General Manager – HR & Admin, Vodafone back at the BIBS Campus. Mr. Banerjee has really been a great mentor and motivator for BIBS students for quite some time now. Today’s session with the seniors actually dealt with the different corporate nuances which a fresher has to face when he joins the industry.

Mr. Banerjee started his session with the different judging parameters on which various corporate companies recruit fresh MBA graduates. He continued with the different process and measure through which these fresh candidates need to be oriented and inducted so that they are in tune with the culture practiced in the organization. Overall it was really an enthralling session about the entry and sustain of an employee in the industry during his earlier days.
