Life is all about passion and that’s what we keep in mind when we organize SPECTRUM – our annual fest at BIBS. Hundreds of voices cheered and several others welcomed the most awaited annual fest of Bengal institute of Business Studies, Spectrum 2011 on December 3rd. Since its inception, BIBS has come up with their very own Annual B-School cultural fest for the last three years.

Held at Mysore hall, in the heart of Lake Gardens, Spectrum 2k11 witnessed an evening of lights, sound and music all around. The event off-loads the yearly pressure of assignments, presentations, exams and projects from students and allows mingling and jingling all the way round with colleagues, faculties, freshers and outsiders.

Spectrum 2k11 took off with a grand start with the arrival of Tanushree Chakraborty, model turned actress from Tollywood. Her gracious presence filled the ambience with a great zeal of enthusiastic flow of events. The daylong event had numerous jam packed and fun filled performances in the form of dance, ramp walk, singing and rock band followed by a DJ night.

The rock band performances witnessed thrilling performances from Fusion, Edges and Alterationz. The competition was judged by Dhumketu, a stalwart from the similar field. The event neared its finishing line with a touch of popular bollywood numbers by DJ Arnie.
