One to One Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program is designed to provide information, encourgement and support to student. Protégés are matched in a one-a-one mentoring relationship with mentors who have relevent industry experience. They provide the training, coaching and support for their professional grooming.
Regular Buddy Sessions
Meetings and counseling with the mentors help student resolve doubts and situations that cause anxiety it also helps in role modeling.
Managerial Shadowing
Students accompany their mentors to their work place. Students get to see a typical working day, and learn in a real corporate environment.
Structured Assessment and Feedback System
Numerous assessment exercises and maintained to measure learning value to students.
