The I-MBA Flow:

Induction and Fundamentals of Management (6 months): At the onset of the programme will be an induction programme that introduces you to the world of management. It is here that you understand about the MBA Life and then decide whether you would like to continue with the I-MBA Programme or shift to the traditional MBA+PGPBM programme. Once decided you will then complete the semester learning the fundamentals of management.

Fifteen months Corporate Apprenticeship (in continuation of the MBA Course): As early as the sixth month of your MBA Programme, you will work in some of India’s best companies with a monthly salary. Further you gain 15-18 months of rock solid corporate exposure that gives you an edge at the time of your final placements with all recruiting companies. During the course of the apprenticeship, you will continue with the completion of your MBA Course with classes twice a week on Wednesdays from 7 a.m - 9 a.m and Sundays from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. You will also be guided in these sessions on your job betterment through a detailed analytical breakdown of your job by our faculty as well as corporate mentors.

Final Placements: At the end of 15 months the company you apprentice with has the option of giving a final placement offer or the institute provides you a final placement in an industry in which you have gained experience.
