Live Learning : The learning at BIBS is based on real life problems and finding effective solutions for them by means of strategic thinking. Thus the learning is not essentially theoretical and the students are encouraged to think creatively and find apt solutions to real life business problem scenarios.

Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship Development Program : The core academic program in BIBS focuses on developing the entrepreneurship skills of the students and ensuring that students of our college receive enough opportunities if they want to start their own ventures. For this reason, we have tied up with entrepreneurship promoting organizations like TIE ( The Indus Entrepreneurs ) or NEN ( National Entrepreneurship Network ) . There are special elective courses that focus on entrepreneurship and at the same time students participate in various entrepreneurship projects to hone their skills. The institute also facilitates the interaction of students with various angel investors and venture capitalists.

Active Mentoring : The concept of mentorship is instrumental in imparting a human face to learning and it goes a great deal to make learning a creative and enjoyable process. BIBS encourages the concept of active mentorship and it enthuses the students to build warm as well as meaningful relationships with their mentors. The mentors at BIBS come from the corporate arena and they are instrumental in ensuring the success of the BIBS students.
